Building upon the architecture of the highly successful Type-X™ EVO LED driving lights, this new 22-inch light bar combines advanced reflector technology with an ultra-sleek silhouette. It delivers unmatched performance and versatility without the bulk of traditional light bars, making it the perfect addition to a contemporary 4WD setup.
Design: Shaping the Modern Front End
Many aftermarket light bars clash with the refined design principles of contemporary vehicles. The EVO Light Bar was engineered specifically to solve this. Countless hours were spent refining its profile to seamlessly integrate with the hexagonal front-end designs seen on next-generation vehicles.
A standout addition is the integrated side Daytime Running Lights (DRLs). These DRLs seamlessly accentuate the bar's organic silhouette and remain highly visible even when the light is fitted with blackout covers or coloured translucent lenses. The bar is protected by a Lexan polycarbonate lens—the same highly shatter-resistant material used in riot shields. Complementing the design is a metalized coloured fascia, an evolution of the Type-X™ Pro Ring, allowing you to match the bar to your vehicle's exact colour palette. An included EVO Key ensures customizing these fascias and covers is completely hassle-free.
Explosive Performance & Lux Output
Despite its compact 22-inch footprint, the EVO Light Bar refuses to compromise on output. Utilizing an updated reflector design and housing 36 high-performance CREE LEDs, it throws a formidable combo beam that maximizes both distance and width.
Understanding Lux is critical for driving safety. In the critical stopping zone (the 200-300 meters required to safely halt a vehicle traveling at 100 km/h), the EVO provides intense, perfectly placed illumination. Furthermore, it pushes a baseline of 1 Lux out to a staggering distance of up to 960 meters, while simultaneously providing over 62 meters of horizontal spread to light up the road shoulders. Operating at a 5000 Kelvin colour temperature, it produces a soft, warm-white light that significantly reduces eye strain and cuts through environmental haze.

Durability & Fitment Flexibility
Bigger isn't always better, especially when dealing with the height restrictions of modern bull bars. The compact profile of the EVO makes it incredibly easy to mount, looking right at home on everything from a next-gen Ford Ranger to a classic Toyota 70 Series.
Durability is engineered into the mounting hardware. The bar features a revamped heat sink design that adapts to tube-style mounting positions, ensuring a steadfast installation that can handle heavy corrugations and rugged backcountry trails. Out of the box, it includes heavy-duty stainless steel side brackets for traditional mounting. Electrically, the installation is streamlined via a plug-and-play Deutsch 4-Pin Connector, which easily integrates the inbuilt DRLs.

Colour Fascias
Customization is central to the EVO ecosystem. Moving away from basic solid-tone accents, the EVO features refined, metalized-finish fascias. Available in grey, red, green, pink, orange, and blue (with more in development), you can instantly tailor the light bar to match your vehicle's specific aesthetic.
Blackout & Filter Covers
The EVO range introduces a new generation of functional covers. Our blackout covers feature aggressive styling options, including the iconic STEDI™ logo and a Carbon Fibre finish. For specific driving conditions, coloured filter lenses are available—such as an amber filter that converts the crisp 5000k beam into a fog-piercing light that minimizes glare. These covers are also highly practical for remaining compliant in regions with strict auxiliary lighting regulations.
Exclusive Clam Brackets
For those who want to avoid generic tube clamps, we have developed a proprietary Clam Bracket exclusively for the EVO Light Bar. These brackets merge seamlessly with the light bar to encompass the circumference of your bull bar tube. Featuring internal rubber inserts to eliminate vibration, they create an incredibly clean, OEM-grade finish. The Clam Brackets are available in three different sizes to cater to all traditional bull bar diameters.
