Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This website is operated by Fibre Reinforced Plastics, Trading as Fleetline Canopies. We are a New Zealand-based business and are "in trade" for the purposes of the Fair Trading Act. By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
  • Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We will make every effort to fulfil your order within the estimated timeframes provided. However, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

4. Returns and Refunds (Change of Mind)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit subject to the following:

  • Restocking Fee: All "change of mind" returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover administration and processing costs.
  • Condition: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Shipping Costs: Original freight and shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods (Consumer Guarantees Act)

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description:

  • We will meet our obligations to repair, replace, or refund the item.
  • In the case of a confirmed fault, the restocking fee will not apply, and we will reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information solely to process your orders and improve our service in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. We do not store credit card details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fibre Reinforced Plastics shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
