Refund policy
Returns and Refunds (Change of Mind)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit subject to the following:
- Restocking Fee: All "change of mind" returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover administration and processing costs.
- Condition: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Items to be returned to 65 Keeling Road, Henderson, Auckland, NZ either by mail or in store.
- Shipping Costs: Original freight and shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at customerservice@fleetline.co.nz.
To start a return, email us at customerservice@fleetline.co.nz or phone 098292991 with your order number. We will endeavor to process refunds with 7-10 business days.
